BEHIND THE HAULER CHAT WITH CHAD KNAUS
"We're just racing. There are no mind games. It's no different than anything we've done in the past. I don't read any of the propaganda stuff that's out there. You guys are going to go back and you're going to write this stuff and it's going to be on TV and I'm not going to read any of it or listen to any of it. I never do. So whatever is said ....

Scott Riggs qualified second followed by Kyle Busch, Elliott Sadler, and Jeff Burton. ....

Todd Kluever Homestead NEXTEL Cup Fast Facts
"This race was not originally on my schedule of races to run this season, but since we missed Phoenix we wanted to run another one for 3M. I like racing Homestead and got a top-10 finish in the truck there last year. We're at a bit of a disadvantage since we did not get to test a few weeks ago because we hadn't planned on ....

Sam Hornish Jr., No. 39 Mobil 1 Dodge Charger - Homestead-Miami Advance
"Just like PIR last week, I've completed a lot of laps at Homestead in the past, so I am familiar with the track. At this point, I'm uncertain if it is better to come to these tracks with no experience vs. experience in another form of racing. The biggest challenge so far is understanding what these Busch cars need from a setup ....

Atwood to attempt Cup race at Homestead-Miami
"I'm eager to get back here in a Cup car. In 2001, I had a four-second lead with 15 laps to go when a caution came out and I barely lost that one. I can't wait to get back in Cup competition here and prove that I can win. I'm also excited to be the first person to drive a Cup car for Kimberly-Clark. They've been such a great sponsor in the Busch Series for so long. We appreciate their support ....

Jarrett Makes Final Start For RYR at Homestead-Miami Speedway
"For probably the last couple weeks as the races have run down I have been thinking about this race and some of the memories we had here. It's hard to believe that 12 years at Robert Yates Racing is coming to an end. Robert and the Yates family have treated me like family and it will be very difficult when I climb out of that ....

Denny Hamlin Busch Series Homestead Advance
"I really like the Homestead track. Last year, we were flying through the field until I got caught up in someone else's mess. I am not sure why I run so well there, but I guess it is because I never ran the old configuration. The only track I know is the current one. I really like tracks that give driver's different lines and give them ....

Nextel Teleconference - Jack Roush
"That team itself has a very good grasp of the situation. They know that they can't beat themselves and that it's out of their hands. If misfortune befalls the 48 and they lay it down that we want to be standing by to pick it up, but it's their's to lose. They've done a great job. They deserve to win a championship. We're not gonna be ....

Jeff Green Homestead-Miami Race Preview
"As far as our chances this weekend? I'm very excited about our chances. We couldn't have asked for a better test than what we had here a few weeks ago. Harvick could Still Make History In Miami

So we're just having fun and racing as hard as we can and doing the things that we've done week in and week out all year. There's really not a lot of pressure, to tell you the truth. It's just go out ....

Kyle Busch - Team Lowe's - Homestead-Miami Preview

KYLE BUSCH - Homestead-Miami Race Advance
"We tested there and our car was good out of the box. It's going to be interesting because when we tested the longer runs, I went from running the bottom of the bottom to running the top of the top (of the track) and my car was awesome. You're going to see guys searching all over the place to find what they like, but I liked where I ran so I'm ready. I gained a lot of experience at the test ....

Bobby Hamilton Jr. - Homestead-Miami Preview
"I have always liked this track even before they made all the changes to the configuration. I am really more of a flat track guy although I like the high speed intermediate tracks like Atlanta and Texas. I liked this place before they added all the banking. You can definitely tell a difference in the speed you carry in the corners. We carry a lot more speed into the corners here now as opposed to when it was ....

Jeff Burton Homestead-Miami Race Preview
"It's now a very oddly built race track. It has a really fast exit to the corners but one of the slowest entries to the corners on the circuit. You have to drive Homestead differently than any other track we go to. You have to go in there and be careful to not have to tight of a box with your set up. The mind set of a driver has to be open to try things. So you have to go be careful going to Homestead not to go ....

Jimmie Johnson Homestead-Miami Race Preview
"I seriously don't have any clue what to expect. I don't have any strategy other than go down and finish ahead of (everyone.) It's just simple. That's all we've done so far through these last few months and just go down there and do the same thing we've been doing." .....

It's a part of me and I'm a part of it. Now the time ....

Matt Kenseth Homestead-Miami Fast Facts
"As far as our championship chances… well they definitely aren't good. But, anything can happen. Really, all we can do is the best with what we have and see where we stand at the end of the day. We haven't run nearly as well as we did earlier in the year and it's definitely a bad time to be struggling the way we have recently. ....

Checkered Flag Set to Fall on Waltrip's 2006 Season
We're traveling to Homestead this weekend still looking for bright spots in the season. We haven't cracked the top 10 yet this season, and that's definitely a goal of this team.
