LEFFLER ON HOMESTEAD-MIAMI SPEEDWAY
"Homestead is a great race track with a lot of side-by-side racing and passing. It's one of those tracks where you can run in multiple grooves to compensate for your car's handling. We have struggled somewhat this season with our mile-and-a-half program but we feel like we have improved in that area over the latter part of the year and that we have a chance to give Great Clips a strong finish this weekend to end the 2006 season."
LFFFLER ON THE 2006 SEASON
"This season has definitely been a rollercoaster ride. We had some really strong runs in the early part of the season but then our luck just sort of ran out and our performance fell flat some problems self-induced and some completely out of our control. The high point of the year was having a great sponsor like Great Clips come on board with Braun Racing. We're happy to have them back next year and we're all dedicated to give them a shot at a championship in 2007. We have worked hard over the last couple of months to put our program on the right track for next season and we feel like we have done that by partnering with Toyota and putting together a talented and dedicated team of guys. We're looking forward to Homestead this weekend but Daytona is what we're really excited about!"
